Ruby-garnet. Inviting berry fruit, cowberry and raspberry, rosehip on the nose. On the palate elegant oak spice, harmonious, minerally nuances, satiny tannins.
Vinification:
Harvest by hand, single berry selection in the cellar, cool maceration for 1 week, natural fermentation in high-grade steel, two times remontage a day, ageing for 12 month in mainly used oak
