Pale yellow-green. A discreet nose with delicate oak-derived spice, a hint of star anis, pear and vanilla. Fresh apple, well-integrated oak that is barely noticeable and a playful acidity all contribute to an elegant and unobtrusive Chardonnay style. Citrus and minerals are balanced in a wine that is completely absent of noble rot. This wine is a stylish food wine and possesses good ageing potential.
